This one is going to be short and sweet.
I just returned from my mid-day extra mile walk, which puts me at 5 "aerobic" miles for the day, and (surprisingly) 6 literal ones. I say all this, not to brag, but as a means of encouragement. All of you know me and KNOW, if Janeen can do it, I CAN DO IT.
I am 10+ pounds down. Behind schedule, and I like to blame that on the birthday "injury". But 10 down not the less. You have to start somewhere and hey I'm 10 lighter than two months ago! I can't stress enough how important it is to MONITOR your progress. Step on that scale! Pinch yourself silly with body fat tester. That way you can see that your hard work is paying off.
Just do it!
