Keep on, Keepin' On

With little more than a month left until the much anticipated vacation day (which is final weigh in day for the original challenge), I would like to send out some encouragement.

I will admit it is a difficult task, being committed to working out and eating right EVERYDAY of your life. I, of course, have found the EVERYDAY bit simply impossible. I try my hardest to at least get some exercise time in each day, and to limit my splurge eating to only a few occurances per week. But I am sure we all agree that there are times when it is quite impossible, when other things in life take priority.

Having short time goals as well as ultimate goals is very important. I find myself setting short time goals when I have an upcoming event. I make a goal to loose "X" about of pounds by that event or a short time goal would be to lift weights at least 4 times this week since I've been slacking the last couple weeks.

With only one month to "Vacation/Weigh In" day my challenge to you is to make a short time goal for yourself.
-My goal for this whole month, starting today, is to walk no less than 4 miles each day, and to lift weights no less that 3 times per week. -
