Once a week (Monday mornings, is my once of choice) - I will weigh in. I will be scared, but I will still step on. I will rejoice because I will see the fruit of my labor. This helps me to continue on. So far I've weighed in one time only. I am down 3 pounds from my starting weight. PTL! If no downward motion it would be difficult to stay the course.
I have a plan to work out everyday.
I will walk in the morning. I like this. It actually helps keep me energized throughout the day.
I will walk in the daytime. There is a one mile block right outside my works front door. It takes me 20 minutes. I walk that mile for lunch!
I will lift and walk in the evening. When I get home from work I use by bowflex to lift pull and push. I will do this at least four days a week, and I will walk.
Even if I can't do my full 4 mile workout I will do one mile or two. Just to keep myself in the habit of doing it.

Just do it!
