It gets easier and yet harder as times go by and your weight goes down. I am pleased to annouce that I have lost 52 pounds since starting the challenge and dropped 4 pant sizes.
I feel really good and I'm proud of the work I've done and what I've accomplished. However, there is still more weight to be lost. Unfortunately, the closer you get to a healthy weight the harder it is to lose pounds. The harder you have to work to see any results.
I encourage you to keep at it. Keep working to make your body the healthiest it has been.
My Goal . . .
to be a healthier better me
to be active everyday & to make healthy choices
to maybe one day weigh less than my Dad!
